Dear Sir,
on 4th March i had bought an mobile samsung galaxy note n7000 of Rs 32500 from croma sales from sion brach. at the time of purchase they have taken of rs 250 for insuring my mobile they also not provided bill for that. They told that it will show in our system and yesterday my mobile was stolen
now they are refusing that they have not taken any money from me for insuring my mobile and iam help less
so please its my humble request to you that help me from this matter
