Sir,

I have purchased vacuum cleaner of eureka forbes on 9/10 from Croma store at Malad, my invoice no is SLF02A002030016644 sales person Santosh Sawant. The day we have purchased no demo person has visited at home & we come to know that the prduct is not working. We have complained many times but they still avoiding. Croma customercare person Mr. Ibrahim/ Saurabh and others whom I have cotacted not responding positively. And they are not going to replace the product till today 16/10.

Is it the TATA enterprise that is wellknown for their customer service?
