NOT DOING GOOD DEAL

I am ashok kushwaha. I purchased LCD and i am using it form 11 months. One day i have problem in my LCD i called help form them they came and said me that the will do it later. But now it past 8 days i am not getting any response form their side. They are not dealing good with their customers.
