My name is Girish J. Shah. I have bought Croma-W/AC 1.5T-CRAC1077 2Star, a window AC from Croma Mulund Stores on 20/06.
At the time of purchase I was assured of quarterly service of the appliance mentioned above. However since the time of purchase I haven't been provided any service till date. Frequent calls have been made to the store but in vain. The Head Office refuses to lodge our complaint since the matter needs to be solved with the store. But we have only been made false promises of assured services!
Please suggest some remedy to the problem!
