We've purchased a Hitachi 1.5 Ton Air Conditioner at Croma Retail, Jubliee Hills, Hyderabad on May, 26 through Invoice # - SLF02A028020043363.
Products got delivered after repeated follow-up with customer care and it has been eight days passed not received any call from Hitachi Technician for Air Conditioner installation. It is retailer responsibility to follow with service provider until product get installed / demo given.
We've been promised every thing will done on / before Tuesday (05/29), however I'm not seeing any remote visibility of getting this done sometime soone
