I had very recently purchased (3 weeks ago) a Samsung Refrigerator from Croma, Indiranagar. Croma has charged Rs.600 more for warrange that could provide free service, repair and component replacement for an year or so.
But at the time of product delivery one of the foot of the fridge got slightly lilted infact broken. From that day till now have made en number for complaints to Samsung and Croma still problem is not resolved. After the complaint some 10 executives called me took down my details and the problem but not one turned up to my residence till now.
I am really fed up with this kind of behaviour especially from the renowned companies like Croma and Samsung and made a dicision not to buy samsung products in future and also not to buy any products from Croma.
