I had purchased 15" exhaust fan motor with fan blade from M/s DIGITAL ELECTRONICS &ELECTRICAL SPARE PARTS SUPPLIER, Anand Apartment, Building number 1, Khamla Road Nagpur -25 INDIA (Phone 0712-2287897) on 8/4/08 fitted in a cooler with two year guarantee as promised by the dealer vide receipt no 3595 daated 8.4.08. However motor of subject fan was out of order after about 1 year. A complaint was made to dealer who in turn informed the your service center D.S Engineering co. Buty Compund, Mount road Extn. Sadar Nagpur 440001 (Phone no 0712-2525394). The Representative of service centre refused to repair. I had made several reminder to dealer and ultimately on his advice fan was handed over at your service centre on 6/02/10. The service centre is refusing to repair the same without payment now on pretext it is out of warranty though warranty period is not yet over even now. No reply from company to My Email registering complaint.
