Delay in servicing of newly bought product, Food Processor CG-FP

I bought a new Crompton Greaves Food Processor for Rs. 5000 on 3rd May and carried it all the way from Mumbai to Hazira (Surat) to find that it had some manufacturing defect and it did not even start. I tried all the options given in the manual (including reset option) and finally called toll free no 18004190505 to register my complaint on 8th May. They gave me a complaint no (1205016385) and told me that a third party service named Power Trick Engineering, Surat (Crompton Greaves Ltd Authorised Service Centre) will visit my place to give me the solution within 3 days.

It is almost a month now but still I have not got it back in working condition. I keep calling Power Trick Engineering, Surat (9824737576) to hear the same reply that they have mailed to the Crompton Greaves but not received the required parts from the company to repair the Food Processor.

I would strictly recommend everybody NOT to buy any of the Crompton Greaves appliances after my experience with their service.
