I had purchased a Storage water Heater, Model SWH 325 of M/s Crompton Greaves make on 05.01.2011 from M/s Albino, Faridabad (0129-2416557) vide Invoice No.14036 Dt.05.01.2011.
Leakage started from the storage water heater from end of March. Consequently I made complain at Crompton Greaves Customer care (18004190505) and complain no. registered 1104003216 on 03.04.2011.
I have been made queries for every week (09.04. 29.04. 30.04. 06.05. 14.05.2011), neither their franchaise attended the problem nor CGL has taken up any steps to attend the problem. Only Customer Care are saying 'SORRY". Even Mr. Satya Prakash Verma who is looking after the marketing in North region is not attending the phones.
People are purchasing the things from a reputed company with double price, considering that company should quality concious and expecting a prompt service from the company.
In my experice, it is not at all true. People should know, once the materials are not in-order means they have to throw the materials and purchase a new one. Now it is the question that why I will invest with a premium for a materials from reputed company.
Please let me know at what time it will required to attend the problem.
