I have purchased a wall fan on 29/7 of crompton greaves co.ltd .after nearly 2 months not completed it stopped working . i got it back to dealer namely singhvi radio and electrical co., new road ujjain to get it repaired on friday. they took the piece and that as it was in warranty period they will get it repaired . but after 5 days when they call me on there shop as service agent has repaired, the piece was not rotating and finally i told them that this harassment of customer as i have to leave my work and sitting without fan for last 5 days .kindly advice what to do.
