I had purchased crompton wall fan from mahaveer enterproces vasai on 29/5 and found it not vasolating within few days complaint NO:-1006019492 was logged on 12/6 . The technician Mr churi visited on 16/6 and found gear box faulty. After that there was no response from CROMPTON GREAVES service center vasai (E)
Another complaint NO:-1007002822 was logged on 2/7
Till now there is no response from the service center and according to Mr kiran, in charge of service center vasai (E) says that there is no gear box available in the market
