Cromton Greaves Ltd / SWH 325
Leakage problem not attended

I bought a Cromton Greaves make Hot Water Storage of capacity 25 Litre on 05.01.2011 from Albino, Faridabad vide Invoice No.14036.

After a few days, we observed leakage through it and complain register to Cromton Greaves Customer care (18004190505) on 03.04.2011 with complain no.1104003216. After that I have repeatedly riminded them for the complain, but till date complain not attended, though it is under Warranty period.

Customer care only says, "Sorry".
