Oldest damaged set issued instead of my new set

D 6666 dual sim (CDMA & GSM)

I bout the mobile on 04-01.

fournd souch problem at the end of February. (From February to still I have not phone)

Given to service centre (M.S. RUPWANI SERVICES, PUDUCHERRY)

When i got it (25-03) the mobile was a very oldest one and damaged fauly set, that was not my phone. "I arguied him " is the phone is new or old" The service person could not take any resposbility abd he toled me "your set sent to company and again the company sent a another one set, that is this one, so that i am not resposibile."

VERY VERY... WOREST SERVICE AND RESPONSIBLE

Again the set is sent to company. Plsease arrange to issue a new mobile or cash.
