Dear All, I had purchased Air Conditioner from "Das Enterprises", Kalka Ji, New Delhi -19, (Date - 17th Apr'11--Bill # Book 3, Sr#000144) under finance scheme, all required documents had been submitted to dealer. During installation of AC by Das staffs "warranty card of AC and operation manual" were not found, the same was informed to dealers’ staff came for installation of AC. him, as well as, dealer also over the phone. Further, 5 times, i went to dealer for such complaints, however after so many complaints, no action was taken by dealer. I had not received warrant card and operation manual till date. I had now left the hope that i will get these documents from dealer.
