Non delivery of prebooked Ubislate 7 Tablet

Dear sir

I have prebooked Ubislate 7 tablet in the month of dec and send 100 % payment as an advance, in the acknowledgement of payment datawind informed me that u will receive your tablet in between 15 may to 31 may. i hv not received the same till today up to 19 Jun

on 2 jun i contcted with Customer care of datawind he informed me that u will receive tablet up to 15 jun till to date i have not received the same.

It is my kind request please look into the matter & see how tablet will reach up to me on or before 26 June. My waiting capacity is over if it will not reach to me up to 26 june then i have no way to register FIR against Datawind innovations Pvt Ltd, amrutsar.in the clause 420.

from Thousands of indian customer Datawind has taken Advance payment but failed to despatch the product. so compony is cheating us. please look in to the matter
