Product Not yet received (more than 11 week since payment completed)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have booked UbiSlate product from Datawind Ltd. online with reference no. PMBF825F42F8 on 9th Jan. I was informed that pre-payment will ensure early delivery and free shipping.

I paid a cheque of Rs.2999/- and the same was realized on 4th Feb as per my HDFCBank account details -

Reference / Cheque# : 000000153808

I tried calling their callcenter but no one picks up, I do not get response to status update of my order even on their email. I would request your help to take strict action against Datawind Ltd. as it looks like they are not capable to provide order fulfillment and its almost 3 months now since my payment was done and I am yet awaiting for my UbiSlate product.

Requets your urgent help in this matter as they have already opened May booking but is yet to fulfill March order. This is their website for pre-booking - http://www.ubislate.com/prebook.html

Request you to kindly stop the pre-booking of new order's as the older ones are yet to be fulfilled.
