I have pre-ordered the Ubislate 7 tablet from Datawind technologies on 30jan12 & i got a confirmation mail from them with the following details :

Based on the above info & to avail the priority i have sent a cheque for amount 2999 to Datawind & the cheque details below:
Name: CSM Rajeshkumar, Cheque Number : 832190, Amount : 2999, Date : 15-Feb-12, Bank: ICICI bank Ltd. My cheque was cleared on 20feb12.
But i have never recd any communication / follow up call / mail from Datawind in the mean time.
I started sending mails to Datawindbut no response received. mails sent on 6mar, 8mar, 12mar, 16mar12.
Luckily i got a response from Datawind asking me to share the cheque details on 19mar12. I have responded immediately on 19mar12 itself. Till now i have not recd any response from them.
My worry is if they cannot respond for to a customer before selling a product, what would be the response for after sales service?
Can someone from Datawind answer me?
