These people knows nothing about customer service. Recently I purchased 2 blackberry phones by paying them through cheque. They said that the phone will be delivered to the given address once the cheque has been cleared. Next morning the cheque is cleared and the amount has been deducted from my bank account. No phone call and no response from their side. At evening I go to collect the phones along with the proof of the money being deducted from my account, they say that the phones will be given next day, they need some confirmation crap from the accounts department (even after showing them the proof of money being debited from my account). They tell that when you can wait 1 day why not wait for another day. After a quarrel for about 10 minutes, I agree to take the phone the next day and ask them to deliver it to the address as they had committed. Now to my surprise they disagree to deliver the phone to the address and tell me that if I want the phone, I have to come and collect it otherwise leave it.
I am not sure if I am going to get my phones.
These people are cheats, they can give false commitments and tell 100's of lies to sell their product but once money is paid, they fail to live up to their commitments. They are Zero in customer service.
