Egarding inefficient and irresponsible service engineers

This is regarding my bad and wishing that i will forget this bad experience from your service engineer. I bought your product mobile hand set E10i serial no-012403008286546 from univercell chennai in june. This i had given to my wife as a present, because of its cute, sleek looks and also because this product from supposedly reliable cell phone manufacturer.first of all I was upset because the hand set started giving problem in charging within 6 months of purchase and I would not be spending my valuable time in sending this complaint, if your service engineers were good enough in rectifying the problem. first i gave it for service to your authorised service center Brama associates, AH35, SHANTHI COLONY, ANNANAGAR, CHENNAI, in the month of december. the complaint was booked in the name of shanmugasundaram, they took the complaint as charge getting dischared faster and they said that they will look into the problem. they took almost 2 weeks to give back the hand set. still the hand set was not charging properly and it was giving troubling us a lot. I took it again to the same service center, they adviced me to keep the cell phone in particular position to charge the cell phone, without registering the complaint which was very funny to me but still i had to by thier words as i thought they are saying in the goodwill of customer. The hand set was not getting charged after few days, again the handset was taken to the same service center by my wife and the hand set was taken for complaints charging problem in the customer name Dr. P.Shanmugsundaram serial no-012403007052204 on 3 jan. this time they told there is problem in the board (SWAP in order form) and i had to wait for one week to get the phone. My genuine question to them that why they are not able to fix the problem at first visit as they took 2 weeks to find the problem and i had to make three visits wasting my time, the answers they gave was in rude manner and it caused lot of agony to me. I sincerely expect the problem to recurr, so want to know from you any responsible service center, if any you have, kindly reply with that center address and phone no.
