Charged more than market price

I have purchased one washing machine of Electrolux model no. ET60VLGL. They have billed me Rs. 11, 800 for that but I have checked in other showrooms its available at REs10200. Its a huge difference. I have talked to them at easyday but they were so rude they dont even bother to entertain my complaint.
