No service post sales

Hi,

I bought a new mobile (blackberry 9520) thru e bay on jan 3rd and current is getting passed in the backside of the metal body when i do charging. I wrote a mail to the dealer but they didnt respond me properly. Today when i call the cust care, they simply said that you should check prior to the sales and said that we cannot help you anymore. It costs rs.15k and now mobile is useless.

It was a bad experience and i wont buy anymore from and also wont recommend anyone.
