Whirlpool service is the TOP most Worst service we have ever seen. We bought 2 units WPL-11149- PURA FRESH DLX WHIRLPOOL R.O water purifier on 13-9. And on 29-04 we replaced the candles on suggestion of the service engineer, which is not at all needed. We spent around 5000 rupees for candles and still its not working...
. And within 1 week of time d same problem was repeating. We again then enquired, he said now the problem was with the booster. and now this booster costs around 2000 rupees!
now the situation is overhead, we complained several times but found NO RESPONSE . these people are not even receiving our call ...!
So we have TO CONCLUDE that even COMPANIES like WHIRLPOOL ARE " FAKE "
we compalined at the Hyderabad customer service centre & we need help as early as possible.
we hope at least this time we get satisfied with your service.
