Electrolux 1.5 ton a/c
Worst after sale servive of company

On 24th march we had called to electrolux toll fee no; 1860200121registered a complain regarding 1.5 on a/c not working

the complain was registered vide complain no: pchn0804110098

they send a person from cool chennai who took the pc board and rs 500 advance

receipt no: 11046851001960 but till date trere is no response either from trere side or from any executive of the company

today is 8/6 and almost everyday i am calling to the company

everytime a new executive is responsing and just feel sorry and says that within 24 hrs your problem will be solved but till date they do not have this much curtsy that they should even give a call

who ever is the authority please see in the matter and solve the issue
