Tekcare india pvt ltd is fraud company

Hi,

I have purchased, Electrolux Window AC from DIGI World in April.

In last week of Feb'10, I have received a call from Ms. Ruchi (011-45103542) regarding AMC for Electrolux AC in behalf of TekCare india Pvt Ltd service partner of Videocon.

She told me to pay the amount Rs.1544/- to his executive for AMC (which includes 2 free service of AC). She has taken the appointment at 10-11 AM on 26th Feb for taking the amount for AMC.

But the executive Mr. Rajesh came next day on 27th feb and fill the form at my home put the product name "KENSTAR" asked my mother to pay 1655/- (not 1544/-) in the name of Tek Care India Pvt. Ltd. My mother paid him as he told. I was not at home that time.

From that day 27th Feb '10, I was requesting Ms. Ruchi and her colleague to resend him for returning the excess amount and altar the product description as Electrolux AC not Kenstar but till 5th March they were promising me to send the executive and from Saturday 6th March, they are not picking the phone from my number and from other number they disconnected the phone several times after knowing my name. Their shocking attitude towards their duties; gave me mental harassment and cost me lots of calls also.

How can this company provide me service when I need emergency repair of my product. The association of this company is also affecting the goodwill of Videocon.

So please suggest me the way to compensate all the money and mental loss from those guys.
