I am submitting the history of an AC purchased and installed in my house.

SERVICE PERSON LAST ATTENED: APRIL LAST WEEK (Tekwins)
AC reinstalled (fourth attempt) : JUNE
Found faulty on OCT (same problem-No cooling)
In the above, all the service attempt ends with refilling gas.(it is expensive).
All together they charged me about 4000 rupees during this period. Even the compressor is under warranty period, they charged for the repair done in compressor. Frankly telling, I could not able to use this AC during summer seasons. During the hot seasons it was under repair.
On 5 th October (This is the fifth time faulty) I registered a compliant with TEKWINS, PALAKKD,
The AC is now with the service people.
Unfortunately the service center available in palakkad, karala was closed last week.
I got a contact number of a technician and made a call. He told me that the unit is in Trichur now. How will i get back? The compressor is still in guarantee period.they are trying to lag the service indefinitely.
What Acton should i take?
