I had purchased Electrolux double door refrigerator from Next Retail 4 years ago. I faced some minor cooling issues 5 months ago and so called the Videocon Customer Service for assistance. Since that time the issue stays unresolved with every week or two I have to call the service centre. The complaint no's are GUR0109090494, GUR2011090672, GUR2912090439
During the first service, they had taken by refrigerator to service centre stating that the problem will be fully resolved only if we take it to the workshop. I agreed to it but after that I have been facing problem continuously. I think that they changed the original parts of my refrigerator with duplicate one.
Even after my repeated complaints made by calling the Videocon Customer Service, I have not received a satisfactory response. When I informed the service engineer that why should I pay every month, he says the problem is with different parts of the refrigerator.
My question is, how can we have problem with different parts only after my first service?
I never had any issues with this refrigerator in last 4 years. After I sent the refrigerater to service centre for repair did I start having recurring problem.
Please suggest on suitable course of action. I am feeling cheated by service engineers.
It may not be a fault of the company but service engineers are doing this to make money out of it.
