Service Dealer- Peral Home Care, Dwarka Sector-7 is not able to rectify the problems in refrigerator since Oct. infact they took our regrigerator to their service center and got it back in a dilapidated condition. Infact, the legs to the refrigerator were missing, replaced the big compressor with a small one and there were lot of scratches in the inside of the body. Attached a new gas pipe by piercing the body, due to which the water flows on the floor through out the day causing a lot of trouble. Charged about Rs.2, 500, but the problem is still persisting. After experiencing this shocking diplay of after sales service, I think I will not buy a electrolux/ kelvinator product in my life again. And i am forced to move to a legal forum for protecting my rights.
