Our refrigerator compressor is not working and needs replacement. It has been inspected by your service centre personnel on 21.08.2010 and the relevant complain lodged on 21.08.2010 bearing complain No. BBS2108100179. But till date the compressor is not replaced. When contacted your service centre, they told me that they have not received the compressor from your Bhubaneswar Office. Already 21 days passed and today we have again lodged complain bearing No. BBS1209100046. Our refrigerator is under warranty period. But we are not getting proper service.
Please look into the matter and solve our problem at the earliest.
