Non attendig the Fault by Dealer as well as by Company Sevice centre people

I was purchaed one washing machine (front loading) Electrolux Spa Model from authorised dealer M/s. King Electronics Panvel. In last week of Oct-09 a door was locked and not opened;hence I was contact to authorised dealer as mention above, his office staff gave to Mobile No.viz9324573323 (Mr. Tayade), 9324573013 (Mr. Haldar) and 9867313323 Mr. Rubani). When I was contacted Mr. Tayde on 28.10.2009 he came and opend the door and charged Rs.250/-as service charge& adviced that the doorlever to be replaced and cost of the part is Rs.350/-.I agree and request him to do the needful.

But from that day no responce recieved from Tayade so I book the complaint on toll free No.18004194040 on 07.11.2009.But also no body bother. I also contact Mr. Haldar on above mention Mob. No.he may the Boss of Company service centre but his answer is very shockable; he told me Electrolux company was took over by Vediocon and spare parts are now available in market and he suggestion was please purchase new washing machine. This experiance was very horible.

So above experiance I want advice what to do? If company is not take any responsibility for servicing.
