Malfunctioning in Air condition

I have buyed O’General AC on dated 08.04. since then I am facing compressor tripping issue after every 10~15 Minutes.

For this we have registered numerous complaint at service center M/s DEEP AIRCON located in G-6, Vardhman Complex, L.S.C. Savita Vihar Delhi – 92 but there is no response towards salvaging action.
