I am residing at New No.26, Old No.36, Nammalwar Street, Choolai, Chennai--112 and I bought the Water Purifier (Aqua Guard RO) 3 years back from Eureka Forbes Ltd. I renewed the AMC periodically. Presently I paid Rs.4200/- towards current AMC amount. I made complaint 20 days back for leakage of water Purifier and subsequently reminded the Service authority of the company to rectify. But they replied repeated slogan "Parts not available". Generally the service from the company is very worst. Pl solve the problem.
