Euro Clean Vacuum cleaner (Wet and Dry)
Motor to be replaced

Hello,

This is with regarding the complaint number Complaint No 83797364 that was lodged on 31st Oct. Till date one of the service executive had come to visit and he mentioned that the motor of wet and dry vacuum cleaner has to be replaced. I have been following up with the customer service and I don’t have the information what is the status of the complaint nor when the motor would be replaced.
