My name is Pradnya Sanap i stay in Nasik City. We had purchase Gas Geysers from a reputed dealer of nashik situated in the heart of nashik at CBS. He had convenced us to buy EURO HOT form the company name EURO POWER INDIA. He told us that its ISI marked & compared to other it has no maintanance but it was costly then the other geysers. He told that it is costly but you wou'nt have any problem in future. We agree & purchased by giving much better price that other Gas Geysers.
When it was installed the other day it started giving problem, we complaint in shop they said their engineering has out of stations we waited for one week then again i called them to remind. The man came after 2 days he said it is ok you have no problem but we were getting the problem again and again. This time we directly called the engineer for servicing he did some thing. but we were not satisfied. (THE PROBLEM WAS: WHEN WE WERE SWITCHING ON THE GAS GEYSER IT BURN FOR 10 TO 15 SECS & GET OFF. BUT THE GAS & COLD WATER STILL PASSES. WE HAD TO STAND NEAR TO KEEP THE CHECK THAT THE MACHINE IS OFF OR NOT. IT DOSE NOT INDICATED OR DEEP WHEN THE GAS STOPS OR WHEN THE MACHINE STOPS. WHOLE BATHROOM SMELLS WITH THE GAS IT IS VERY SUFERCATING. THEN WE HAD TO AGAIN WHICH OFF THE GAS GEYSER & START IT AGAIN. WE HAD TO DO THIS MIN. 3 TO 4 TIMES THEN THE MACHINE STARTS PROPERLY. ) we used it in same procedure for quite a long time but we used to call engeineer in between also he also said that he could not find out the problem. I said him take the machine to your shop & only bring when it is ok. He refused to it, I even asked him to replace the machine, he refused to that also then I told him please take the machine from here & do what u want. He said he will ask & come back... he is still coming back. In meanwhile some time the machine worked ok but other it work worse. We are no feedup we are just using the Gas Geyser just for the sake of need. I WANT FROM THE COMPANY TO JUST EXCHANGE ME THE PCS PLEASE GIVE ME THE GOOD CONDITION PCS.
