Very bad response of service centre

I have send complaint for repairs of washing machine to service centre through call centre. Inspite of my repeated followup since last 10 days, no technician has attended the complaint. Even service centre employee gives wrong information and just blufing.

Such types of ignorance to attend complaint leads us to believe that the maitenance structure of your company is collapsed. Why should we purchase any other product of IFB?

It is known from my experience about washing machine and dish washing machine of IFB are the market leader in the products and such a worst experience for repairs and behaviour of your service centre, the idea of purchasing new dish washer is dropped. We may go for other company where we find good service after sale.

Pl send me reply and confirm your action. How many days will be taken to put machine in order.
