I have purchased Fedders Lloyd 1.5 Ton Split AC from Vijay Sales (PreetVihar) Delhi dt. 05.04.2010 But its not working/cooling properly. I have register the complaint 3 times on his company support no. they said to me your problem has been resolved in next day but there is person to come for check the issue, its supports like bull shit they don't know how to assist customer query.

I had word with his manager But they said it will be resolve it with in a day. I had a very bad experience with Fedders LLoyd Company. Don't know what to do.

I did very big mistake to purchased this company AC.
