This is very harshful that we are facing problem in your deep freezer from last three weeks & calling you ten times in day for repairing it but till the date its not working. The compressor of machine has been changed last week & today your technician again came & told to us that the compressor has to be again change.
After the long discussion with Mr. Vikas (Quality of India), it was decided that if there will be any problem in future after changing compressor tomorrow the deep freezer has to be change.

It is highly regretted that we had purchased Motherson deep freezer on 1/5.since last 15 days the machine is found defective and our stock materials kept in the freezer is also wastage.
What is the company. You are failure to provide service and we are running behind you and your company. If you do not have the service facility you had not to sell the machine in the market.
In regared service very poor service and we as customer have to suffer the loss.
