Dear sir,
i have parchased u r fly MC 160 producte from the UNIQUE COLLECTION which in thane west, on 1-nov but after purachasing with in two months i have given your product a in men in black service center morethan five times just because of the software problem (corrupt software) they solved my problem but i faced that software problem again & again, and my handset get restart again & again, in service cener they solvd my problem, but with in week or 10 days the same problem is remin continoe in my handset, so i got so frushted because of that problem in your handset, so kindly not my problem & give me the solution as early as possible.if possible please replace my handset as early as possible, because i got so frustration otherwise i will give this same complaint to the consumer court.
