Company does not given default password

Customer Care is irresponsible

I have a fly MC 160 phone and I am facing the same password problem which many of them were facing. Can you please help me regarding this? My phone is locked and its not giving access to phonebook, msg book and call register. Plz share the password if u can. I also want to know if there is any software for Fly MC 160 so that I can connect to the internet through the computer...
