Cheated by Service Centre or Fly Phone company

I purchased FLYB430 6 month before and i was getting charging problem in this set and i got a service centre address service centre from fly online site and i submitted that phone. After some time they return my phone but after 15 to 20 days i was getting again same problem and again i submitted that phone. Few days after i collected my phone from service centre. I faced that charging problem again and today i went again to service centre but they shocked me to say that this phone was tempered, I discussed their managment but no result i told him how is it possible i came this service centre 3 times for the same problem but they are not able to solve this problem. I think may there is a problem with Service Centre or Fly phone. So who Is the culprit, Company or Service Centre.

I giving you some more information about this Service Centre " I met many customer in Service Centre, they are also facing an issue with Service Centre (Service Centre changed their parts, give duplicate part, Charge more than Cost.)
