Deepfrost not working

I had purchased your product on 19 feb deep frost was not working from same day

i made the complain to the retailer and your engineer too but they are not responding to me honestly. now iam waiting only for three days .then i will file a petition in consumer forum on company as well as on retailer (sangeetmahal)
