I had purchased a mixer juice maker product model number is'FX-10 FOODFACTORY'on 25/06 at BIG BAJAR MYSORE'' .Till now the coil burnt two times.your customer service person repaired it. My question is why this problem within this short period? I think something wrong with the unit. Additional problem for me is, your service center is situated about 20kms from my house and i cannot go there during workig days and your service center is closed on sundays, i have to wait for any general holiday to get it repaired.i request you to advice your dealer to replace it with new fx-10 food factory immedietely.
