I have a terrible experience with Samsung Mobiles. I purchased a new Samsung Corby SCH F339 by paying more than $200. I went to their service centre in Bangalore, to update the software. But later I was informed that the motherboard had some issues. They were unable to fix... nor refund the money. Made hundreds of call in last 8 months. Still hopeless. Samsung Customer Service is terrible here. Buy Samsung at your own risk, and fortunate if it works for long. How pathetic they treat with Indian customers...!!!.In US/Europe you can return your gadget even if you don't like it, and in India, even if it stops working after a week of purchase, you are hopeless..especially with SAMSUNG.
