Sad to have your company mobile

I hav bought lg gd 510 in month of march this year n it is havin problem again and again in it's touch, vibrator and handsfree . company had replace mobile touch once and is not listening to my problem now .they are saying we don't have any part of this mobile come after 25 of december .i am very upset that i buyed your company mobile and i am havig much problem please tell me any solution otherwise i will file case in consumer court
