Dear Sir,
I am a retired senior para military officer (Retd. IG BSF) and have been harressed to unlimited levels by a repair shop dealing in repair of electronics whom I had approached for the repair of my Samsung fridge three monthes back. They had charged my Rs. 9880/- for the repair of the compressor and PCB which worked fine for a couple of hours and has not worked since. Repeated reminders and calls have gone on deaf ears and now the enggineers are admitting that the fridge cannot be repaired. On asking for a refund they have curtly refused saying the money shall not be refunded.
It has been serious harrasment for me and my ailing wife that after spending so much money I shall be forced to spend to buy another fridge when I can;t afford to do so right now.
