i was booked a htc (wild fire) mobile online in the website mginger.com on 25.07.11 by online net banking payment for 10669/-
after that the company send me a message that your product was despatched on 2.8.11 through indian post & you wlill get it in maximum 7 days.
but i got that parcel on 25.8.11, but when i opened the packet i found there is no mobile handset in that box.
the packet contains only the charger & eaephone & booklet.
on that day i complained to the custmer care about this.
from that day i am trying daily contact by phone and email about this matter to the customer care.
it is already near about two months over, the company still saying you will get the product today/tommarow like this
but the company still does not take any necessary steps about solve this probelm.
so how i can got back my money?
please help me
