Delay for new connection

respected sir.

i am from west Bengal. Vill. Unsani .dist- Howrah.electricity office candul mouri.i have applied on 16/08by application no.1000129911 with application money Rs 200/ receipt no.7785.several times i have gone to concern officer and request him to give my connection, but he do not cared me.contractor rupees demand.

please take the action for that and help me
