Please don't prefer to buy inverters from Global Innovatives seeing their catchy SMS and become a victim for them like me. I bought an 850 VA Kevin inverter from Global Innovatives on 01/11 for Rs. 16, 750. They said the power backup will be for minimum 6 hrs to maximum 8 hrs, but the power backup for me is not working more than 2 hrs.
I called 9840019196, who calls him as a owner, of Global Innovatives. He gave me three numbers to call 044-42612245 / 044-42612246 / 044-42612247, I got so irritated the way the lady responded from there. She always says she will send their personnel in next 2 days and they will never turn up.
From the time I bought the inverter around 1-1/2 years back, they came just once for general servicing, but they promised me that they will do 4 free services for the 1st year.
Please don't get cheated if you get any SMS like ('INVERTER LOWEST PRICE SALE' PoweR CuT? SOLUTIONS!! Pure Sine wave Inverter for 3 lights 3 fans 1 T.V./COMPUTER @ Rs 11, 990 only. GLOBAL 9940133503). You may get the SMS same as above, so please please be aware and don't opt to buy inverter from Global Innovatives.
Due to the power crisis in our state and frequent power cuts, Inverter sales have gone four fold and fraudulents like Global Innovatives is taking advantage from the customers to cheat them.
So, please opt for the best one and don't become a victim like this kind of fraudulents
