Gmada refund
Delay in refund-interest thereof

Sir,

Applied for a plot in GMADA vide application NO. 325352 dated 3-7-10. GMADA in its application quoted that the refund of teh unsuccessful applicant will be paid within three months without interest and after three months with interest.

I have yet not received the refund despite taking up the matter repeatedly. GMADA is now liable for paying interest also on thepllication money for delay in refund as per the term and conditions of the apllication
