I purchased a Godrej Fridge around 3 years back and have also enrolled into a service contract with Godrej in November. With a bulb lighting problem in the refrigerator I registered complaint in the toll free number 18002095511 on 7th April'2010. I recieved a Docket No. 242426 and was told the service man will arrive within the next day. Even after repeated reminders and two more fresh complaints registered, no service man had still reached to mend the problem. Today is 17th of April'2010.
We are extremely dissatisfied with the kind of service provided by the Godrej people nowadays, what is more surprising the bad service continues even after enrolling for the service contract!!!
