Bad After Sell Service & Bad Behavior and Defected Items of Godrej Refrigerator

I have purchased a Godrej Refrigerator model no. GFE 29 frost free 271 lt, from “REFRICO”, LUCKNOW on 15/7/10 by Rs. 20000/-. Even up to 15 days no one has come from Godrej Electronics for demo also. After 11months 1day refrigerator automatically stop giving several complains, the concern person has not come & refrigerator automatically start, when I again complained (complain no-2101743202) then he was come & cheked as a formality & set the temprature after that company man asking only for money and he not founded the fault of Refrigerator, I was asking him this is defected and it needs repair. But they can says refrigerator woking properly. then after 1year (comp 1month after) refrigrator again stoped, I was again complained in company (complain no-1403755080), when the machenic come he was asking BIEMETAL part was NOT WORKING then he was changed this part & charged 270rs fr part & service charged 350, then after 1month refrigerator again stoped then I was again compalined (complain no-2503758960) & after when I was called 4 or 5 time then service man come & he was star cheking the refrigerator after that he was telling the TIMER is NOT WORKING after that he was changed the part & refrigerator start.

so plz its my humbeled request to U plz REPLACED refrigerator bcoz now its new & however I'm suffering again & again I was aiso talking to ASM he was telling me all they can manage but right now Only I was suffering

so plz replaced my defected Refrigerator

The problems of the Refrigerator are:

1. Formation of Excess Ice due to excess cooling,

2. Leakage of Ice Water from the chilling tray,

3.Problem in Thermo Starter & Defrosting.

After that we have given numerous complains to the concern company, but till date no action has been taken. Even sometime we have to hear slang words / no response.

When we speak with Sales Manager, as per him the defected piece will be replaced.

But, the ASM says we have to pay more then the market price for the new replaced piece of Refrigerator.

Now we are confused either it is a crime to give a complain to Godrej Company regarding its defected item?

I would like to refund back of my money from the concern company along with compensation.
